Great Sales CRM.
What do you like best? Easy to track sales. GUI is great. I like the mobile App as well. What do you dislike? Complicated to do integrations or spend time making sure they work etc. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Staying organized.

Pipedrive is great for start-ups
What do you like best? Price point Task driven Not overwhelming - just want visibility. Salesforce has TOO many options. What do you dislike? Slack integration misses the mark. Really feel like more can be done here. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sales tracking. Tasks and activities force us to think about next steps. Visibility into sales.

Excellent Organiser
What do you like best? Simplicity, flexibility and clarity. Pipedrive enables us to manage our pipeline of several thousand leads at a time. What do you dislike? The analytics are not as good as other platforms but it is cheaper! Also the fact the you have to upgrade to premium to use the inbuilt emailer is a pain. Full pipeline tool with easy to use analytics for small teams
What do you like best? That's pretty easy to use. It's actually a complete and full of possibilities and customizations. If you have 2 peoples managing pipeline or a larger group of >30 peoples, Pipedrive works very well. Especially to get you know the details of stats in an easy way. Helping you improve your metrics. What do you dislike? At some moments, start to be difficult to integrate and don't lose time with "paper work" fulfilling information. But, not that bad! Any CRM need ...

Good starting CRM
What do you like best? Very easy to use and the app is great! We have enjoyed using the software and can easily onboard new hires. What do you dislike? Not the best plug in options. When we deployed marketing automation pipedrive didn't plug in. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking pipeline and customer needs.

Very useful sales tool
What do you like best? allows me to keep track of all of my leads and make notes as I have conversations with my prospects. I can move everything along within the different stages as they move forward to becoming a sale. What do you dislike? I wish I could put more than one contact on a deal. Decent, no frills CRM
What do you like best? pipedrive is structured around deals, so if you can perceive your sales funnel as such, it's fantastic. It's very straightforward interface, decent app, no-frills way to capture and execute on all your leads. super affordable for small businesses!
