It's super user friendly (API HELPS!!)
What do you like best? I was able to automate and integrate tools that make setting up appointments, send emails, and track new leads easily. What do you dislike? There are no manual or videos on how to learn this stuff you ultimately have to just do it. Recommendations to others considering the product I would like for them to make videos or ask current users to make videos on how they use the service and granting those users rewards. CRM made specifically for salespeople & entrepreneurs!
What do you like best? Fantastic layout and user experience... a platform built for salespeople to improve efficiency + workflow. What do you dislike? doesn't integrate with Microsoft Outlook. Pipestone is pretty good
What do you like best? Pipedrive is easy to use and configure. What do you dislike? I have found that Pipedrive does not always save your work and sometimes splits contacts into separate companies even when the company already exists. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Pipedrive to track sales leads, deals and installations.

Basic sales accounts management
What do you like best? You are able to input all relative contact information, tag a potential sale price point, categorize the leads interest, filter results, add category activities, and sync to calendar. What do you dislike? Map/address input feature is not functioning well. Even with address input they don't always show on the map. There is no spot for unit/room numbers. Streamlined CRM
What do you like best? I love the layout of Pipedrive. Very easy to navigate. We use it to track all of our deals and contacts. I like that it's fairly inexpensive and the "pipes" are easy to manage. What do you dislike? I dislike that the mobile version doesn't save pictures or log text messages when sent through Pipedrive. Adequate CRM Application
What do you like best? It's a cloud based solution that allows me to track incoming leads. We create a Zap using Zapier to automatically upload new leads that come in to our website and that are entered in our email system. The Activity scheduler is very useful to plan future contacts for prospects. Creating and tracking deals is also very useful What do you dislike? Pipedrive keeps me in the game
What do you like best? I love how I can track my cultivating and nurturing process with prospects. What do you dislike? Not sure there is anything I really dislike. Solid Platform that Helps us Track Leads, Emails, Sources, Pipeline, etc
What do you like best? Ability to filter by division, user, service line, etc. Then to track where each lead is within the funnel from intro five steps through to close/cash. Ability to track activities, emails and interactions, along with internal notes within each lead. What do you dislike? Graphics are okay, but could use some work.
