Simple and user-friendly
What do you like best? It is very easy to follow the flow of everything within the pipeline. Everything is pretty straight forward and user-friendly What do you dislike? I wish there was a better way to sort activities that we create (by date, etc... What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sorting by regions has been helpful for us to better organize our pipelines.

Good basic CRM
What do you like best? I like this if you are in sales, keep track of your deals and your potential deals. Easy way to look at both on laptop and mobile. What do you dislike? It does have a little bit learning curve to understand it. It is not too expensive but as a single person operator it was over my budget at that time. What do you like best? new features constantly being pushed, as well as modern UI. What do you dislike? Missing some features that larger CRMs have. Recommendations to others considering the product Try it out for a small business. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great Visual CRM
What do you like best? Pipedrive is a simple, visual, and Kanban funnel management tool that is hyper focused on helping sales people manage open deals. What do you dislike? I do not have a lot of bad things to say about Pipedrive. We switched from Salesforce some time ago and have never looked back. Essential part of our new business pipe line
What do you like best? The thing I like best about pipe drive is the absolute visibility it gives us over the process of new client acquisition. Pipedrive does just as its name implies. Keeps track of a prospect throughout the pipeline of a acquisition. And it does this so well. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love the simplicity of the software - does everything other systems do with half the clicks. The easy ways to move opportunities across the stages is excellent for tracking what is happening. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything yet that I dislike about it. Its great, super organized and simple
What do you like best? I like the activities and email sync. I like the layout and that multiple users can use one admin account. i like tge price and i like the orientation process. A good visual way to track deals
What do you like best? I like the visual drag and drop format that Pipedrive offers. It's really intuitive and easy to add or remove users. The pricing plan also worked wonders for us (a small start-up. What do you dislike?
