This application really appeals to me …
This application really appeals to me as a sales person, and make me want to drive the opportunities thru the sales process. It helps me in my day to day business and the GUI gives me a perfect overview where it's easy to see what to priorities.

The only CRM software that enables my work day
What do you like best? Ability to create multiple pipelines, Continuous loop of activities, Web forms to collect info from website to CRM, Extended trial period, The information stored during trial period was still available when I signed up after several months!, import of CRM data from another software was seamless and quick and Pipedrive is absolutely easy to use. Great, lean CRM for smaller teams
What do you like best? Pipedrive is a fully enabled solution for pipeline management. Easy to set up, clear look & feel, cool features. Really cool activity stream per deal, to see directly what happened the last days... Complimentery app... It really makes fun to work with the tool every day... I recommend Pipedrive to just about everyone - Easy Way to Stay on Top of the Sales Process
What do you like best? The user interface. Pipedrive is so easy to use without sacrificing features. It is everything we need in a CRM tool and is enjoyable to use. What do you dislike? Can't turn the unread email notifications number off. I do not use Pipedrive to manage the email but I forward emails in. Forwarded emails shouldn't increment the unread email count... I don't love having number badges on top of icons that I cannot get down to zero. What business problems are you ...

Working good so far
Working good so far. Looking forward to the Gross Margin that will be added very soon and any other changes. My only suggestion at this time, is when something is newly created, it would be helpful to send an announcement along with a tutorial on how it works and effects everyone. Great fro tracking sales from leads till closing
What do you like best? Very easy to collaborate with colleagues, so we don't contact the same people over and over again. What do you dislike? Sometimes name of the person is combined with the name of the company/account. It can be confusing. Recommendations to others considering the product It's simple and effective. Period. Simple to implement, simple for daily usage
What do you like best? Pipedrive is one of the first CRM solutions I've used that focuses on the end user experience, with just enough bells & whistles to make it a powerful, yet simple to use, solution. What do you dislike? Thus far, we like everything about our experience with the product. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
