What do you like best? LET ME FIRST ACKNOWLEDGE THE I HAVE NOT FULLY EXPLORED THE MANY FEATURES THAT PIPEDRIVE OFFERS YET. What do you like best? I like the way it organizes and lets you organize contacts. What do you dislike? I disliked the sales tracker. I think it was a bit confusing and unorganized. What do you like best? Everything. The user interface is incredibly smooth, they have clearly gone to the trouble of figuring out the least required amount of actions to produce a result. No more sticky notes everywhere

No more sticky notes everywhere! Being able to customize Pipedrive to fit the categories that we need has made our jobs so much easier! Being able to track our projects, set reminders, sync with Google Calendar and simply having a To-Do list in one place has been wonderful! Sharing with other team members is so easy too.
