Brilliant customer service led to purchase of system
We received a really quick response upon enquiring about the system. Thomas was very helpful throughout the enquiry phase and conducted a very useful demo for us to learn from. It made it very easy to understand the systems processes and want to invest into it.

Initial experience
When I reached out to the customer support team they responded very quickly and I was set up that day. I initially dealt with Robyn on the live chat and she was very helpful and had a great attitude. I also done a zoom call the following day with Vanelee who was also very helpful and positive, showing me all the available features and functions of Pipedrive and again, Vanelee had a brilliant attitude. I look forward to using Pipedrive to take our business to the next level!

Easy-to-use CRM system with great business scalability
This is not my first contact with Pipedrive and I always have a very positive experience using it. No matter if I worked with B2C or B2B customers, your CRM has always met the expectations. I recommend for anyone looking for an easy-to-use CRM system with great business scalability and a very rich portfolio of integrations.
