Very good for managing small and medium businesses
What do you like best? The ease of set up. Very clear and user friendly intuitive design. Useful but not adaptive
Useful but not adaptive. It can be difficult to get a hold of support, but the gentleman I spoke to was very quick and once he started helping me he was quick to respond or get back in touch when checking information or for solutions. It took the best part of two weeks to have this contact and included me looking at other possible areas that could create an issue. A waste of my time.My issue was actually that the function that wasn't working had been removed, we hadn't been notified or ...

Pretty good for small market sales
What do you like best? The platform is very easy to use, and easy to learn. Additionally, the visual representation of your pipeline is very good and makes it easy to follow. What do you dislike? I wish there were more daily agenda notifications and items that you could automate. Okay if your pipeline is small.
What do you like best? The price is good, though for the functionality, it's still too expensive. What do you dislike? -Emails don't associate to contacts / deals -Can't have more than 1 person per deal -Can't add, remove, or modify activities in bulk -Pipeline does not update in timely manner -Notifications are either overwhelming (on or non-existant (off -No ability to add different levels of users -Constantly crashes in Safari -Note functionality has multiple ...

It's simple!
What do you like best? The best feature of Pipedrive it's that it's... simple! In a couple of minutes you can set up you pipeline and have a look to all deal. What do you dislike? I'd like integration with Evernote. I use Evernote to storage a lot of information, and I hope in future Pipedrive will be integrated with this service. Does the job
What do you like best? Easy to visualize the sales process and follow-up with leads that have a higher % of closing. What do you dislike? Not as many tools as I would like. Would like an easier way to input or send the information in on leads. Recommendations to others considering the product Set it up right the first time around! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not missing the follow-up and knowing who and what to focus on.
