Left Salesforce for Pipedrive
I have dropped SalesForce, which was too complicated & technical for my small salesteam and our relative limited use. We have exchanged it with PipeDrive, which is much simpler, more graphically pleasing and generally easier to work with.

Pipedrive - good sales process focus
Pipedrive is an intuitive, easy to use CRM system. I moved to this from a competitor due to its ease of use and visual interface. Importantly, it enables me to visually track the movement of prospects in the sales process. In addition, the facility to work with email is very useful. I would highly recommend this system for small business.

What I love about PipeDrive is that it's visual - making it much easier to literally "see" where I am at with a client.

Minimizing Insanity with Pipedrive
What do you like best? I use the Add Activity feature to keep myself on track with follow up emails, phone calls and tasks. I can date the activity and forget about it, allowing myself to NOT have to keep thinking about the many projects I keep up with. This keeps all sales and projects from piling up in my mind and on my desk. With both desktop and iPhone apps, I am able to track my projects, even when working remotely. What do you dislike? Great CRM program!
Great CRM program. Allows you to layout your deals on a customized, step pathway so you can track progression in the best way for your business needs. Integrates well with popular software utilities to streamline communication between your sales force and the customer. I love how when a customer responds to a Facebook ad, that customer's contact data is automatically populated in Pipedrive and my team is immediately notified.

Excellent tool to manage sales pipeline. I still learning all the bell and whistles such as adding correct type for lead source.
