My Account executive Ahlam was amazing

My Account executive Ahlam was amazing, she explained the platform well but also was involved with all the issues we had because of pricing, adding users etc. She was quick to give extend the trial period to make sure we are not charged before we were ready, as well as call directly to make sure she answers my questions.
