Ease of use
The software seems very intuitive but the final selling point for us were the 2 conversations we had with Isabella who listened to our needs and helped us to see even clearer how Pipedrive could meet those needs.

Isabella is a true professional!
We had some pretty unique requests going into this, especially for a small company. I interviewed with several other CRM reps and Isabella was the only one to take the time to ask questions about our company direction and offer solutions based on my feedback. We are very excited for the solutions she offered our team and how Pipedrive will aide in our continual growth!
