What do you like best? Statistics look more intresting, easy to set-up quick infographics, learning curve is easy and invidual learning can only get better while you continue using the product. What do you dislike? Large infographics get downsized a lot when downloading them as photo. When you make "banner infographics" this doesnt happen. It's something you just get used to! "Helpful Support Team. Piktochart is easy and fun!"

What do you like best? Easy to use once you have learnt how to use it. What I liked best was the helpful Support Team (especially John Hendrix) was amazing at helping with any issues I had with my account. (The issues were only due to myself not the pikto software). The problem got solved very quickly and efficiently. Thanks! What do you dislike? Dislike that you can not crop (unless I can't find this tool yet) Dislike that the fact when you use the icons they increase/decrease in size but ...

"Helpful Support Team. Piktochart is easy and fun!"

What do you like best? Easy to use once you have learnt how to use it. "Mainly positive with a couple of frustrations"

What do you like best? Ease of use and number of graphics available. Pdf function is very useful. What do you dislike? Unable to customise certain graphics & privacy settings that can only restrict access to other Piktochart account holders. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would highly recommend for internal and more casual creations as it's very easy to use and creates great looking products with very little design skill needed. What do you like best? I like the variety and quality of the images and illustrations. Also, the possibility of altering the template and adapting it to my needs. What do you dislike? Right now there is nothing I dislike. But we should be able to group images and other elements. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it to communicate concepts to students, for promotion, and to lllustrate my blog.
