What do you like best? It's between the variety of templates available to create infographics and the fact that the UI makes it so easy to learn how to use. "Piktochart great tool to build new resumé's"

What do you like best? I was looking for a tool that would help me to build a modern resumé and where I need not look for graphics or designs outside the product to help me build it. "Versatile, Easy to Learn, & Supportive Staff!"

What do you like best? I can adapt the template for custom use. I mainly use the site to create booklets, pamphlets, web design and video presentations. Even as my content base grows, I am able to make every presentation look unique. When I had technical issues, the Piktochart team responded almost instantly to emails and were so helpful with solving my problems. What do you dislike? There are no folders to separate projects, and no way to consolidate individual pages of a project into one. ...

What do you like best? I like how simple it is even if you are not a trained designer. What do you dislike? Nothing I can immediately recall. It's solid. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is an easy solid app for anyone wanting to visually provide information. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to visually share our messages has been a great value.

"OK product and weak customer service"

What do you like best? Started using this service earlier this year and we generally liked everything about it. They don't add new graphics that often but there is a lot to choose from. What do you dislike? My credit card that was on file with their payment system (Paypal) was cancelled due to fraudulent activity and was replaced. Before I had a chance to update Paypal with my new credit card Pikto processed my monthly fee and it was denied. Instead of a reminder email from Pikto, they ...

"Once you use it, you would know there are more values than its reputation."

What do you like best? Control over Infographic even after publishing is really a big help comparing to working with a designer (not that I am against that). There will be always a spot to fix and a thing or two to add after you publish it. It would be request and wait to see if they are done or not. What do you like best? This application fulfill my need to disseminate data. I love the templates and I am sure it will be growing in the future. What do you dislike? So far I love this application. There is no reason to say complaints. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
