"Easy to use and great templates"

What do you like best? This program is pretty easy to figure out. It just takes a person with a creative eye to make appealing products. I love the templates available on the pro account. What do you dislike? Nothing really! It would be nice to have a drag and drop function for uploading graphics. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
