What do you like best? Easily and seamlessly syncs whichever account you choose! Great program... no previous experience with the program necessary! What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the product as it made it super easy to transfer my database which can take up hours and days of one's life. It automatically mapped the fields in the database that I was trying to move contacts to with the one that I had been using, something that I haven't seen before. What do you like best? I go about my day and add any contacts into my phone. And it automatically syncs with my crm. What do you like best? I really like the ability of automation. What do you dislike? Data doesn't always transfer the way I need. Recommendations to others considering the product: Trial and error.
