I've been enjoying the trial period
I've been enjoying the trial period, so I have decided to join the annual subscription. However, it still states that I'm on the trial period, and talking to a BOT just doesn't satisfy a user/customer experience. Pictory could do so much better by employing customer service representatives to handle this aspect of their business.

Horrible company
I signed up and was immediately charged, but was given no login. I emailed them and explained the situation and they said we dont have a sign up by you. I showed them the charge on my bank statement, then their story changed. So I disputed it. I was just charged again and same story, no account on file, but they have no problems charging me. They wont cancel the account, and they wont stop charging me. Finally had to cancel my card completely and wait for a new one. Horrible service.

Pictory has been a game-changer for me
Pictory has been a game-changer for me. In the past, I hired a videographer on Fiverr.com to create my videos, thinking that they had special talents. Not so! I create better videos because I know what I am looking for, and Pictory does the rest.
