I was after a software that did text to video , pictory came along, and it also does transcribing video and allows the user to select text from the transcript and make a smaller video from the chosen text. It also can make a summary video from a url by pulling in images and text from the site and making a video from the summary text. The media can be changed from an inbuilt library or the user can upload their own. There are transitions and background music available also. All in all seems ...

What do you like best about Pictory AI? - Provides features similar to Descript. You can edit a video by deleting words from the transcription of the video! - Stock footage avaialble and is used by the AI, which smartly selects the approrpriate stock footage to match your video script.

What do you like best about Pictory AI? I like how Pictory does a lot of things really well. I have replaced several items of software because Pictory does them in one package. As an example, I can edit my videos based on voice, I can create videos based on a script, I can also create videos based on existing blog content. All of these use cases help me pair down my monthly subscriptions.
