Dysfunctional

their ppt to video function doesnt work, they asked me to send the ppt via email, i did and they said they didint receive it in the attachments (just to save more time i believe) and i shared the screenshot , and they asked me to send it again. I had couple projects in mind and paid the monthly fee for nothing and their response time is pretty slow. They seem pretty amateur in comparison to the amount they are charging per month. They eventually refunded the full amount.

Faulty videos that cannot be downloaded

I edited the video and finalized it and it keeps giving an error and the video cannot be downloaded even though the background of a scene is black. I waited for them to fix this for 4 hours in the chat but they sent me a video link that was voiced differently than the video I edited. The video is not as I edited it. Scene 13. Really happy with Pictory so far

What an under rated video generator. Right after the trial, I immediately subscribed just yesterday because of the ease, efficiency and quality of video and sounds. As a writer, I don't have time for making videos, but which I love producing. I prefer the Starter Plan, because I don't want the voiceover but just words on the screen and the music background are awesome.
