New PicMonkey is awful

I have used PicMonkey for several years and loved it! So easy to use. I made so many wonderful cards, etc. for friends and family. Edited photos, etc. with ease. Now with the New PicMonkey everything is so complicated. Most of it doesn't even make sense. Why change something that worked so well? I will be cancelling with a heavy heart.

RIP PicMonkey.

RIP PicMonkey.Used PicMonkey for years, always considered it one of the best editing programs out there but the new version is awful. Features I loved are gone and offers nothing better in their place.Ribbet calling and I shall follow.

You can't download what you created

Seriously? You have to sign up for a free trial before being able to download anything?

One of the best designing and editing software I've used

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Great software for editing photos and creating graphic designs. It has a simple interface that is easy to understand and navigate through, and I can quickly do my work that fits well for Instagram. It also helps that I can transfer files via Bluetooth. What aspects are problematic or could work better? No issues, I enjoy using PicMonkey. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? Customizing and editing my ...

New Picmonkey is awful!

I have to agree with several other reviews here. The new Picmonkey is absolutely awful!! I have used Picmonkey for years and loved it. But the rollout of the "new" Picmonkey has been a nightmare! It does not work! It freezes up and trying to edit one picture can take an hour or more because you have to wait for it to start moving again. Trying to erase something along the edges is impossible on my laptop because it just jumps around and you can't get the brush to move and then when it ...

I waste more time waiting for PicMonkey…

I waste more time waiting for PicMonkey to fix issues than I do using it. Yesterday it was down completely. Today "Trouble In Paradise". This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. The Old Picmonkey worked great. The new is terrible and down more than it is up. Listen to other reviewers. Don't waste your money. I've been a customer for years (Old PicMonkey) but not anymore. Finding a differenct company for my business use.

Excellent Tool, But Uses Flash

What do you like best? Multiple features to edit and correct photos. There are different tools for different types of projects from portraits to scenery photos. The tools are also very user friendly and don't require high levels of technical knowledge. What do you dislike? The only program runs on Flash Player. This is out of date and will soon be incompatible with Chrome. It is frustrating to have to update Flash to run. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Worst customer service EVER!

Worst customer service EVER!I created a trial account using a disposable email. In doing so, I had to use my credit card for the trial. Then, I cleared my browser history, and lost access to the account as my login wasn't saved.I went through the absolute hassle of emailing multiple parties at this company, and they kept referring me back to an email I told them I didn't have access to. I proved it was my account by showing the charge, showing a picture of my credit card, repeatedly ...

I am so frustrated

I am so frustrated. I really hope you actually read the reviews. I have been a paying customer for years. Old Pic Monkey is 5 stars. New Pic Monkey is HORRIBLE. Have you Beta Tested? Your lag times, click times, download speed is just awful. No more immediate download to the exact file I always use. Your new version forces me into two extra file clicks. The lag delay on choosing JPG instead of PNG is unacceptable you guys. Oh, and the worst of all is the "Touch Up Edit." I use lip tint for ...

A great and intuitive app for those with more basic photo editing and graphic design needs.

What do you like best? The ease of use with PicMonkey is great for those who are less tech-savvy. Options are easy to find and processes are simple to learn. PicMonkey is constantly being updated and is always offering new templates to make your work easier to do every time. What do you dislike? For my uses - and the reason I don't currently use PicMonkey - is that it is too limiting for my needs. My job just got too big for PicMonkey to keep up. Also, the online nature of the ...
