HORRIBLE

Horrible platform (Extremely slow, makes my computer crash/overheat like crazy, and their site always crashes mid-use) and horrible prices (same issues as others...).

I signed up for the trial and got screwed

I signed up for the trial. I selected to be charged $6 or $7 a month. I am very careful when I sign up for things so I know I didn’t make a mistake. I was charged the full $72 annual fee! I emailed pic monkey explaining I wanted my money back and to cancel. I got an email in return stating they needed to confirm the email on the account (if the email I am writing from is the same as my account, it’s clearly me...) and we could “discuss”. What do you like best? There isn't much I don't like about this software. It's simple to use with intuitive design features. I have access to other "high end" editors, the full adobe suite for example, but I still use PicMonkey the most. What do you dislike?
