the editing was easy, BUT you have to PAY to SAVE the photo i spent almost an hour on. which in my opinion is UTTERLY RIDICULOUS and SO STUPID. bad app. never using this again

Great and simple image software - with a really affordable premium option
What do you like best? The simplicity and easy drag and drop nature. Also a really easy background remover What do you dislike? I’d like to add shadows around images easier and ability to export as 300dpi. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great for a simple, easy and quick image resizing and touch up software. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Super easy and quick image resizing and creation of website and social.

What do you like best? I like all the options for editing on this app. Backgrounds, effects, touch ups, text effects are fun to use to create a professional look. What do you dislike? I have never signed up for PicMonkey
I have never signed up for PicMonkey. They have been charging me $7.99 for the past 2 years! Since the amount was so less, I never noticed this! My wife found out today when she was reviewing the statement line by line. Picmonkey is a scam! I do not have any email records! I will be disputing all the charges of Picmonkey with my bank0 stars if I could give

PicMonkey charged me twice for an amount of 71.88$ which I NEVER authorized. I recall using their website last year which I signed up for the free trial and used for 5 minutes and cancelled right afterwards (I'm careful about this things and remember I did). Free Trial...No Welcome Email...
I love pic monkey. I use it every week. I use it for putting words and addresses on my pictures. so I signed up for the new Pro version trial. Like the other people in the reviews, I did not receive a welcome email or confirmation that I had signed up for the free trial. I don't want to be charged for the whole year unless I get the new tools figured out.What can I do?
