I need my money back! I got $173.88 AUD dollars taken out of my account without any notice from PicMonkey after the 7 day free trial.It was never made clear me that I’m going be paying an annual membership after the free trial, it was only showing that I would be given the option to sign up for a monthly subscription that’s either basic or pro. I have cancelled my subscription now and right away I can’t use any of the features in picmonkey even with a payment made until September 2021! I ...

Charged without telling me

Today I signed up for a 7 day FREE trial for picmonkey. So I am confused as to why I have been charged a payment. There was no clarity that this would happen. Please could someone contact me to refund this

What do you like best? I love the layout of the platform. Everything just flows and is easy to find and just when I needed to crop and make my background transparent it was easily right there for me. I also love how I can easily import my HEX colors from my blog and the different frames and templates that's available. What do you dislike? PicMonkey Review

What do you like best? I like that PicMonkey has a lot of customizable templates for social media graphics, logos, etc. It makes designing efficient and easy. The templates have increased my workflow tenfold. I also enjoy that I can upload my own fonts. What do you dislike? I dislike that PicMonkey does not have the same abilities as other editing software such as Illustrator. There a lot of tools missing that I think could really improve performance. Picmonkey used to be a great program…

Picmonkey used to be a great program years back. Now it is nothing but frustration. Constantly getting "trouble in paradise" error messages, designs do not update (for days sometimes). First time I contacted customer support it was supposedly my computer and then things just magically worked again. Second time they are telling me it is my computer again. I can work five times faster in Canva with NO issues. Will not renew this time

Great editor for attractive images

What do you like best? We wanted to use an alternative to traditional desktop editing programs. monkey does very well in that anyone with some common sense can easily create an amazing pic for the company. I have so many photo programs on my iPhone so I like a simple one on my desktop. I liked PicMonkey in the old days (I've been a member for about 7 years) but since they changed to the 'new' one I despise it. I also hate how they make it really difficult to use the older version. My favorite browser based editing app

What do you like best? PicMonkey has most of the essential tools needed to make graphics or edit photos that photoshop does, but its more user friendly in terms of interface and beginners knowledge. Like Photoshop without the technical jargon, but all the capability, at a fraction if the cost. I actually prefer the spot heal tool picmonkey provides over Adobe's. The addition of the hub made it 1000% worth its price. The remove background tool addition has made this even more the case. ...
