Great customer service and swift process
Really happy with their service. Fast replies from customer service (usually same-day) and very swift process setting up a mailbox. Would recommend. Website interface could use a little refresh but it works without problems

Filling out the 1583 for went very well. kellie gave me some guidance before I started and the process went smooth. I previously tried this with iPostal1 and had so much difficulty that I gave up. You guys are much more customer friendly.

First Class Customer Service
Seems strange to be writing a review for a company where I cancelled our contract within their 30 day trial period. The reason I cancelled was nothing to do with PhysicalAddress.com, it was due to a change of plans we had as a company. I was 28 days into the period and notified them. They responded by return and the money was returned to my card the same day. No fuss, no quibbles they did what they said they would. Now that's refreshing in this day and age.
