My experience was significantly better than expected - looks like they are under improved management following some of the other (mixed) reviews here on TrustPilot.PA has live employees picking up the phone, and long opening hours to help with any questions during registration, including Form 1583.My first piece of mail was scanned into my account by the end of the day that USPS tracking showed it arrived at my PMB. Works perfectly, great prices
I've been using the Garden City, ID location for about a year now.Great prices. Easy to get mail. Forwarding is affordable with very little (or no?) markup. It's amazing how fast scans come in when I request them. Almost always within a few hours at most. Often within 15 minutes.The web interfaces are basic, but in a good way. They let me do everything I need to do without any extras or distractions.
