"The power and ease of Libris by PhotoShelter"

What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? It's hard to decide on one function... All are wonderful, but I use the search function the most. The ability to find files and images in one quick search has save me a lot of time. What do you dislike about PhotoShelter for Brands? I would like to see more accessibility in adding team members and their roles. Recommendations to others considering PhotoShelter for Brands: If you need an online digital library that is easy to use and ...

"NACWAA upgrading to Libris"

What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? Libris is ideal for everyone! The photo shelter site is user friendly, very organized, and allows you to share your images across every platform! My favorite aspect of Libris is it's meta data capability, everyone can find our images through any search engine. What do you dislike about PhotoShelter for Brands? How can you dislike anything? I suggest you take the time to get to know the system... I promise you will fall in love the same ...

"Libris is a great platform that allows our teams to share and manage images."

What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? The best feature of Libris is the cloud based photo sharing. Libris allowed us to host our entire photo library on line and share it across the entire organization allowing individuals to access images as needed. What do you dislike about PhotoShelter for Brands? The user interface for the front end is not as robust as the tools the admins and managers have on the account. It would be nice to see the UI streamlined and shared across both ...

"Senior Designer at an in-house marketing department for a major university"

What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? The many options to share images with internal and external clients. We can create client galleries and have security controls in place so we know what they used. They can look for their own image and we do not have to worry they are seeing or using something they should not. What do you dislike about PhotoShelter for Brands? When I key word search it brings up all images first, I would like to see the folders first to better narrow my ...

"Good photo archive system"

What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? UI is easy to navigate and clean design; the cloud-based system makes photos easy accessible anywhere. What do you dislike about PhotoShelter for Brands? On the search feature, you can't (or I don't know how to) omit keywords from the search function. ie, I want to search for photos that are students, but not graduate students. What problems is PhotoShelter for Brands solving and how is that benefiting you? We moved to Libris from ...

"Intuitive, refined and a great DAM solution."

What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? Image search, gallery sharing, expiration, variable file size downloads, stand alone upload program, integration with photo mechanic, support staff and willingness to continue developing the product and making it better through user feedback. What do you dislike about PhotoShelter for Brands? The way that XMP files are handled. They will not upload unless the RAW file is already in the directory and there is no way to see if the ...

"Solving Image Management Challenges for Clients"

What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? Libris allows organizations to store, organize, and distribute (to both internal and external clients) their image assets...be it archives of hundreds or millions of images. One of the best features is the fact that one only has to upload the high resolution photograph (or any image asset) once...at that point the image can be placed in any number of galleries/groupings without the image having to be re-uploaded or copied. Users have ...

"Colorado Rockies Photo Archive"

What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? The simplicity of the interface is amazing and the ability to easily share files with clients is awesome. Drag and drop for file upload is very handy. Being able to assign permissions to users/clients is incredibly helpful. Overall it dramatically increased our ability to get our photographs to our clients fingertips in a much more organized and expedient manner. I would definitely suggest this site to anyone who works with an ...
