These are invaluable tools as our picture library expands every week. The Lightroom integration is fantastic and gives an immediate, real time ability to update our library to distribute images to employees and external agencies who may need them. What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? The ability to search by name, keyword and metadata saves us countless hours and gives us a true photo database to use at our university. I dislike that parts of the filename are not searchable. For example, if the file is 10022016_UTMCheerPhotos and I search "UTM" it will not bring up that picture. We have many different user cases and I love that i can keep people in the areas that they belong and keep control and see what is being downloaded and by whom. What do you dislike about PhotoShelter for Brands? So far, I don't have anything I dislike about Libris. I'm still acclimating myself. We're a member-led organization, so being able to catalogue assets with tags has allowed us to find what we need quickly.
