"Excellent platform, does not have 24hr customer service"
What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? The platform uses reliable and good servers, and is user friendly. What do you dislike about PhotoShelter for Brands? There is no 24 hr customer service nor tech support, so if you have an issue after hours or during the weekend you are pretty much on standby till someone clocks in. What problems is PhotoShelter for Brands solving and how is that benefiting you? we used Libris to upload and distribute 20,000+ photos over a span of 1.5 months.

"Awesome Service"
What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? Love being able to have multiple galleries to organize all of our photos. Key wording is also a big plus and makes finding photos a breeze. What do you dislike about PhotoShelter for Brands? Interface can be a little clunky, or at least not as slick as I think it should be. "A great tool for managing our large institution's photo assets"
What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? I love how easy it is to organize and search photos, and share folders with colleagues. Libris has really helped us harness and manage our photo assets in one place. What do you dislike about PhotoShelter for Brands? I wish it was possible to give all communications colleagues across our institution upload and edit access in Libris so they can more easily store all their photos in this one central place as well. "Libris is a terrific solution for centralizing images"
What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? Libris is a simple to use tool. I really like that we can upload one image, but place it in several catalogs. What do you dislike about PhotoShelter for Brands? I do not care for the new search system. What problems is PhotoShelter for Brands solving and how is that benefiting you? Everyone in my place of work has access to the content; saving time and money while sharing the information to our constituents has been a game changer.

What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? I like the user experience as it relates to organization and sharing of the assets. What do you dislike about PhotoShelter for Brands? Nothing that I can think of at the moment. What problems is PhotoShelter for Brands solving and how is that benefiting you? Having a centralized depository of images is helpful to share among my co-workers as well as other vendors.

What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? Libris is easy to use, easy to send pictures, easy to organize photos and all ages can understand how to use. "Greatly like the retrieval process for finding photos."
What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? I like the fact that photos are searchable by metadata and tagged words. It makes my job as a graphic designer that much more easier. When searching for photos in the past, I was only able to visually locate photos that I was able to use.
