So long...
Tried to view the website for nostalgia's sake, was greeted with a "please disable adblock" -- sure, no problem, I can deal with ads. Immediately the site reloaded and tried to hook me with some ransomware saying my system files had been deleted (yeah, okay). So long memories and so long photobucket, may you find a good afterlife of being a malware host.

I can't believe this site is actually still around with their level of absolute nonsense.
I would rate them negative stars if possible. I've had my account for probably 15+ years and didn't realize they went to a paid service since I don't use the email associated with the account any longer. I had photos on the account that are not kept anywhere else as I've been through multiple computers over the years. Help is unavailable. This website is now a scam and shouldn't be trusted at all. They may claim 90 million members, but a majority of those are probably users who have no idea ...

From Good to Bad...
Over the past few months i'm getting a massive amount of spam mails from photobucket. They don't want to help out their customer base at all. Forcefully pushing us away from the website unless we pay crazy money to stay in. It went from an excellent service to a terrible service.

Would give them Zero if I could
Would give them Zero if I could. Created account over 10 years ago when it was free and haven't used it for ages. Recently found numerous emails in my junk folder (best place for them) trying to force me into a paid plan with them, quite forcefully worded. Scrapped the account immediately, horrendous company.

Have been using Photobucket for over Seven Years
Have been using Photobucket for over Seven years and was recently coerced/blackmailed into upgrading to a paid account. Since then have experienced nothing but trouble with nine times out of ten my images being unavailable. Have contacted customer service on multiple occasions only to have only Robert the Robot Reply. Hope he gets paid well given our new subscription fees. Seriously each time we have enquired Trevor apparently the only customer representative at Photobucket takes ...

I have been using photobucket for ever
I have been using photobucket for over 10yrs . I had over 800 photos uploaded. My uncle just passed so I was looking for photos of him and I . They gave me two options; either but the upgrade or erase photos . (I purchased the upgrade ) The upgrade wiped out all 800+ photos 🥺 . 800+ photos of memories! I wouldn’t recommend they are a rip off !

Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. Do not even consider. The product is awful and nothing like the show on the website - it came in a plastic container - it was a puzzle that was suppose to come in a box with the picture on the cover.

Barely LEGAL Credit Card Thieves.
Once they have your info...good luck to you!If you decide to start a subscription, plan on spending your days trying to stop it. I first contacted the company Photobucket and requested a cancellation which was no big deal, wait for it, they keep charging your card. So I contact them and tell them they are still charging the card and I request they stop processing the charges since I canceled. The only problem is they "cannot locate my account" as it was canceled. Not through email or though ...
