Took a picture for a Driving licence
Took a picture for a Driving licence. I thought it would have been ok but it was rejected for glare and shadow. The adjusted picture was accepted so I was very pleased.

A very easy to use app
A very easy to use app, which on my I used on my iPhone, when abroad for a digital emergency travel document and a new passport online application after I had lost mine. It took a few attempts to get the right photo taken, for which instructions are given as well as prompts if the uploaded photo does not pass the initial tests. Repeats are allowed until the photo taken is just right.The photo was checked by AI and cleared by a human to the standard as required by the UK passport office ...

Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely fantastic! I am so impressed with their service. I saved time and money as you simply send a professional picture to them and they do the rest in minutes. Super quick and if you need help, their customer service is EXCELLENT. I was personally assisted by Jessica, she replied my emails instantly, super helpful and professional. She sorted my issue in minutes. My pics arrived in 2 days. Honestly, I would never go back to shops or machines. Highly recommended
