Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. My passport picture was altered incorrectly. The picture was missing my ears. They refused to refund or fix the problem. After I sent a copy of the picture to my bank they issued me a refund. Because it was very clear that the picture was altered and my ears were missing. Don't recommend and will never use them again.

Ich habe Bilder für meinen Personalausweis gebraucht und habe anfangs gar nicht verstanden, wie das genau funktioniert - die liebe Jessica hat mir so geduldig weitergeholfen und sich total viel Mühe gemacht die Fotos so zu bearbeiten, wie ich es gebraucht habe. Vielen Dank nochmal! Jederzeit wieder und in jedem Fall zu empfehlen :)

The price they charge for checking your…

The price they charge for checking your photo you could go and buy new ones in a photo booth. They edited my daughters passport picture and didn’t even clear the background properly so the photo couldn’t be used anyway. Absolutely pointless

Good customer service

Unfortunately the picture was refused by the consulate authority when we presented it, which was surprising. Photoaid advertised that if the picture was refused they would pay back. They kept their promise and gave the money back.

The app is awesome not accurate but…

The app is awesome not accurate but manageable. I don’t appreciate the recommendation to redo the passport picture after paying for the premium package. No picture validation was done prior to my first purchase and then an email was sent afterwards stating that my passport will not meet the requirements. After which they did a validation of my picture the second time before payment. This forces you to pay twice to before getting a validation which might not meet your need.

Wrong size. A waste time

I ordered printed photos and I paid for them to be delivered (2 children Spanish passport)to my address but I didn't get the photos in time for my appointment after waiting for a week. I had to print the digital version myself because the Spanish Consulate don't accept digital photos. The quality of the photos was good but before I received them I already told them that it was not the right size required by Spanish authorities. ( I have emails that can prove it)I had my money back and I've ...

Super aplikacja. Nie udało mi się zrobić poprawnego zdjęcia za pierwszym razem, ale dzięki miłej i sympatycznej Pani z działu obsługi, która doradziła jak poprawnie się przygotować zdjęcie wyszło perfekcyjnie. Urząd zaakceptował:-) Szybko, tanio a do tego z domu. Polecam każdemu!
