I needed a photo for an eVisa…
I needed a photo for an eVisa application and mistakenly asked for a US passport photo which wasn’t the right size for my application. When I explained that the photo wouldn’t load into the application, they worked with me and sent me an adjusted photo within a few minutes. They were very pleasant to work with and I would definitely use them again.

I was little skeptical with this…
I was little skeptical with this service since there are so many passport photo services but this one truly trumps the others. The customer service was fantastic and they were quick in responding to my questions. Overall I would definitely recommend this service compared to all the others that exist out there.

Fast and Friendly Photo Service!
I had a fantastic experience with PhotoAid. Their staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they delivered my photos quickly, well before my deadline. The quality exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Fast and sharp
I really liked the app! What's good is how easy it is to use and how quickly the ID-quality photos were sent to me. I also found it very good that I was able to take several photos as a test. Can only warmly recommend the app.

I was extremely pleased with my overall experience. Definitely a brilliant site and its nice to be able to take a professional photo in the comfort of your own home and not having to use those god awful photobooths. I will definitely use this service again and also recommend to friends.

Irish passport renewal …
I applied for Irish passport renewal and was very frustrated as it wouldn’t accept my picture, I sent same picture into PhotoAiD and they returned it promptly when I submitted it stilll rejected it, I emailed right away and the sent me a copy that worked right away! They were great and got back to me right away! Renewal is in and I didn’t have to go through the whole mail in process
