Late and Unacceptable for US Passport

As others who recently used this service below me have mentioned, did not receive my photos for much longer than they promised (~3 weeks not 10 days). Just got a letter from the US Department of state requesting different photos because the ones I sent “appeared digitally altered”. So much for that “guarantee” let’s see if they honor their double your money back for the hassle. Never received the photos in the mail

Never received the photos in the mail. Customer service response was just that they were mailed out 3 weeks ago and I should continue to wait .

Fraud!!! Don't make the payment!

Australia Post rejected the photo because they think the head is too small. There was an obvious sizing issue with this software. On top of that, I paid for an actual photo to be delivered to my address, but I never received it! So I ended up having to print out the photos myself. I contacted customer support, but they say they don't have tracking so don't know about where the physical photo is. Even though it takes a little time to…

Even though it takes a little time to resolve the issues, I still got the pics right and they send me apologizes for the delay. I'm sure they can do better by all the feedback and experience from the customers. Give them a try. Don't worry, they will send you the correct photos as needed.

Avoid and save your money

I thought it was a great app but when I wanted and paid for a picture to be mailed they had the address format incorrect and I didn't receive it for weeks. Their customer service was awful. What a waste of money!! Could I get a refund? No. Save your money.

Absolutely brilliant

Absolutely brilliant. They went out of their way to help me. The photo end result was perfect for my needs. Very fast & efficient.

UNRELIABLE SERVICE

UNRELIABLE SERVICE. Said they mailed the photos but after following up endlessly couldnt tell me where it is or when it will arrive (covid). My embassy appointment came and went, no photos. Agent had the audacity to ask me to print the photos myself. Scammers

Scammers. They say they offer "Euro26" photos but they don't - photos are definitely too big and don't match the card. Also, they accept or reject the picture after payment and you cannot resign anymore. Customer Service does not reply the questions and requests - it just copy-pastes unrelated answers.

Contradictory Instructions

I recently ordered driving licence photos from this company and the experience has been very unsatisfactory.I received an email containing the following instructions:"The photo should be taken from a distance of 40 cm, maximum 50 cm""it is good to take the photo from a distance of about 1 meter,"When I emailed to ask which of the two contradictory instructions I should use I received no response.I have lost confidence, ordered elsewhere and requested a refund of the £9.95 I paid.

Subí la foto para DNI y la dieron por buena. Pagué y entonces me dijeron que no valía, que subiera otra. Por fin, tras una mañana de subir fotos, a una le dieron el ok. Me las enviaron en 10 días. Fui a la Policía a renovar el DNI y me rechazaron la foto ( no se veía la ceja derecha completamente).
