Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Photo didn't work initially, however I e-mailed their support who responded within 30 mins with an enhanced version of the photo which then worked. Very happy that they responded to issues so fast

Great service
Great service. Photo sent by email and post. Photo is checked and ready for use immediately and accepted straight away for passport. Really efficient company and I would highly recommend.

Simple, easy, yet professional
Taking a photo of myself from the comfort of my home, and having it professionally sorted out then delivered to my doorstep is heaven. I loved using the app, and my driver's license has a self taken, professionally edited photo.

Passport Photo Check
What you do is very quick and reassuring. Unfortunately I didn’t actually need your services as the passport office carries out their own checks on the photo received. Still it’s always helpful knowing that the option is there, if needed. Thanks for your help and quick response.

What fantastic service!
What fantastic service!! I used this company for the first time and had a couple of problems uploading a photograph (down to my issue not theirs) and contacted them for help. I had an immediate response from a very helpful and friendly customer service agent (Barbara) and my issue was resolved very quickly. Would definitely use again!
