After I told them, they didn't deliver my photos, they told me we can give you a refund and keep your digital photos, or they can send them again.

use it for my daughter's passport the website said the image resolution need higher (size is correct) Send a email and they amend it immediately. Excellent service & highly recommend!!

Customer service was great
Customer service was great! My first photo received did not meet country requirements, but I sent an email for "Help" and was surprised to get a response by a real person at 7pm on a Friday night. They were able to fix the issue and send me a photo which passed the same evening.

Amazing customer support
Initially photos were created and emailed as expected. But later I figured I need diff photo size. Contacted their support and they sent new photo size immediately :-)
