Straightforward, painless experience
Quick and simple process with an easy to use app that had clear explanations of what was expected in a passport photo. Really useful if you live in a rural area with no photobooths within 25 miles.

The process was quick and easy and I had a digital photo in less than 10 minutes. I also had a question and the staff responded within just a few minutes - it was a real person responding and not an automated response. I now await the hard-copy photos in the mail.

Fantastic little app
Fantastic little app. Used for passport pics of my young daughters after failing miserably in a Max S store. One of my pics didn't pass, I contacted them by email and within an hour Paul had resolved the issue. My new pic was approved all in a few hours. Great service.
