Improved overall performance
PROS: Using PhoneBurner has increased our overall performance. We had an increase in the number of calls we can make in a day, increased client response and engagement, improved our quality assessment. My favorite feature of the app is its ability to send emails and text messages and also link documents in them.

I have experienced 0 bugs. Customer service has always been very polite and professional to me. They have always responded in a timely fashion. They have increased my production exponentially over the years. I like them better than VanillaSoft because it is very easy to use and I love how it works. The most user friendly possible.
