Don’t waste your money and time, use PhoneBurner!

PROS: A time saver! This is the most efficient dialer I have used. Every call I dial using this application got through to my clients. Plus the pre-recorded voicemail is a great addition. CONS: Would love it if I could incorporate CRM with PhoneBurner.

"PhoneBurner is incredibly efficient!"

What do you like best about PhoneBurner? The ability to leave a pre-recorded voicemail and send an email with the touch of a button. Also, the support staff are amazing! I also like that we can text message our candidates which gets our message out much quicker.

Tracking calls as easy as pie

PROS: I am a QA in our company and I find PhoneBurner very helpful in tracking calls. All the notes, dates, and times are posted in the software. We can easily track agent performance and hence maintaining good client engagement. CONS: Can't align making phone calls with my schedule.

What do you like best about PhoneBurner? Love the prewritten emails, the ability to see who opens emails, visually easy too look at all day. You can make things as simple or intricate as you want.

Great Product…even better customer service!

PROS: This product was designed and built specifically for call centers and you can see that there is a lot of thought that has gone into the layout. On top of that, the customer service is stellar so far! CONS: User Interface could use a facelift

Good Idea, Bad Excecution.

I cannot deny the uptick in productivity we achieved with this tool, but its coupled with consistent bugs in their platform and some of the worst support I have ever experienced. And I'm constantly wondering whether the time we spend troubleshooting and playing tug of war with support eat all of the time we saved using this program.
