"Great for Cold Calling, but lacks B2B support"

What do you like best about PhoneBurner? It lets you plow quickly through long phone lists, leave recorded voicemails , is pretty flexible with its workflow scripting. Sound quality is fine.

Been in the industry for more than 20 years and this by far is the best

PROS: PhoneBurner knows what is important during a sales call—Customer Experience. The application is extensive, highly customizable, yet so easy to use that you can just focus on having a great conversation with your client, not minding much on how to operate the software during the engagement. I love how we can also do follow-ups in the app and send emails and text messages.
