Very intuitive, powerful processing. Experienced first class customer support.

What do you like best? Matrix function, easy straight forward cutting data. Dashboards very powerful and useful to share. What do you dislike? Bit slow but may be down to our connectivity to the hosting server. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer and product analysis, drilling down to multi layers. Stock turn and forward cover.

I am a daily user. I access Phocus to track sales goals and monitor sales activities.

What do you like best? Simple to use, accurate, and very user friendly. The data displayed on Phocus would take a lot more time to extrapolate using our current ERP. What do you dislike? Sometimes it can be difficult to pull the desired data in a easy to view format.
