PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The thing that I appreciate the most about this is how empowering it is. It is so user-friendly that users can acquire their data and quickly get the results, all without having to go through the I.T. staff middleman. Rather than having to go through a long-winded explanation and maybe even several re-dos with I.T., we've been able to use this tool to do the job ourselves. It has really sped up the work process. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I really appreciate how user-friendly this software is. It is so easy to grasp. Another thing I appreciate is how accesible and capable their customer support team is whenever I encounter an issue. What aspects are problematic or could work better? One thing I think they can improve on is the databases. When I try to modify them, it can get a little tedious and complicated. Maybe they can make this more intuitive in future versions. ...
