"Helpful team who receives feedback well"

What do you like best about PerkUp? Once we got PerkUp up and running, it's been really easy to use. I like that it's easy to add new members and that useful features continue to be rolled out! Thomas and Nicole are great. What do you dislike about PerkUp? There are a number of bugs within the platform. "Customer service is great, product is a little confusing"

What do you like best about PerkUp? How communicative and responsive Perkup is to any issues that I have. Their chat function does not work with Chrome, but it works on Firefox. Email responses have also been very prompt and helpful. What do you dislike about PerkUp? It was unclear that the suggested vendors on the Home page were a sample and not the universe of vendors that I could use Perkup for. What do you like best about PerkUp? The customer service at PerkUp has been really great; they are always available and quick to respond when needed. What do you dislike about PerkUp? I honestly can't think of anything. I haven't come across any issues with the service. What problems is PerkUp solving and how is that benefiting you? I have a ton of options for using my PerkUp credits on things that I was already spending money on anyway.

What do you like best about PerkUp? Several options to use the Perk Up card once loaded with funds. What do you dislike about PerkUp? At this time I do not have any feedback on disliked items. What problems is PerkUp solving and how is that benefiting you? We utilized PerkUp cards for lunch and learn.

What do you like best about PerkUp? Allows me to choose my perks and to change them over time without the need to discuss it with my Employer. What do you dislike about PerkUp? I miss having a physical card that I could swipe in my prefered venues. What problems is PerkUp solving and how is that benefiting you? Choosing where to invest each month either it's education, health, experiences, etc.

What do you like best about PerkUp? It is a great way to incentivize team members to grow. I like that I am reimbursed for my phone usage. "Great product."

What do you like best about PerkUp? I was surprised by the impact it made personally. Always been a finance guy who would have said, "pay me that amount in cash," but the impact is much bigger. What do you dislike about PerkUp? Nothing sticks out. Good and creative product What problems is PerkUp solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy way to run normal expenses like phone, etc. but put the labor and the emotional flexibility on the employee. That is a two way win. Also like the reward.

What do you like best about PerkUp? I have gotten to enjoy purchases that I would not have normally made. I appreciate how there is the ability to see the full card number and connect it to Apple Pay What do you dislike about PerkUp? Since some of my purchases do not happen right away (ie phone bill), I have to keep a spreadsheet to make sure I have enough money at the end of the month for it.
