Perkbox is a lovely perk to have. I particularly like the free monthly coffee, discounted cinema tickets and PerksGo wallet, and it's good to know EAP enhanced features is there in the event that you or a colleague should need it. However, I do find the need to buy vouchers to obtain a discount a deterrent most times and would prefer it if a simple discount code could be used at checkout. You can't obtain refunds once you purchase a voucher and the risk of being stuck with the voucher ...

ok, but needs work
I really like some of the perks on offer but I have found setting up additional items like the salary sacrifice scheme with them painful with no account management. I'm not convinced of value for money.

So Simple!
I downloaded the QR Code for a free coffee at Nero's, went into the shop later that day and made the purchase quickly and easily. The staff knew exactly what I was doing and there were no issues. I will remember to download another code in a months time! :-)
