Discount codes would be better than buying discounted vouchers
Really good app and love getting discounts. However, issuing discount codes would be a LOT better than having to buy discounted vouchers for that particular store. I had a bad experience in which I bought several hundred pounds of discounted vouchers to buy a vacuum cleaner, the order went through, but they were out of stock and cancelled the order-I then couldn't go elsewhere to buy the vacuum as all my money was tied up in these vouchers which Currys took a month to refund after I spent ...

Aaron Strickland - What a 'Perk' of Perkbox!
I had some issues gaining a refunded voucher from Nike, after purchasing through Perbox - it needed to be confirmed by a member of the Perbox team before being issues. Aaron Strickland assisted me on getting this sorted, not only by reaching out to Nike to confirm it, but keeping communication channels open throughout and following up to confirm everything had been sorted, on several occasions. Okay, but you could live without it!
Perkbox is easy enough to use but perhaps not that practical when you are out shopping etc. Advance planning is definitely required which is great if you have the time. Perkbox Medical is good to use and the freebie of a sausage roll or drink is a nice touch.

Perkbox has only a few real joys that we can access successfully. However those perks are wonderfully.

Variety of perks, easy to use, team love it
Great experience using Perkbox for our business. Lots of variety in perks offered to suit everyone. Platform is easy to use and the team can recognise and reward each other. Support from the Perkbox team with tips and offers keeps engagement with the platform high. Good focus on employee health and wellbeing perks and initiatives.

Redeemed themselves!
I'd previously had some problems with a voucher redemption. However, full-marks to Jessica from Perkbox who sorted it out completely and quickly. Now very happy again :) A shame it went wrong originally, but we all make mistakes. Full credit to Perkbox for resolving the issue.

A bit generic
Fairly mundane options, and things that have 'free' all over them often cost money, but a wide selection of options and some genuine freebies in the mix
