Business 10 employees or less?... Your out!
I tried to make contact several times with Perkbox as I loved the look of the program after seeing it in action from one of our clients. After not hearing back after requests for a call back/ demo 4 times I decided to reach out on their social media. I was informed that they only cater to businesses with 10 employees or over. There was an issue with my flexi points…
There was an issue with my flexi points as I had tried to order something twice by mistake, Andy was absolutely amazing and kept in contact with me making sure the problem was resolved and everything was sorted. Brilliant customer service A++

Not Able to Access Perkbox Perks
I was trying to access the Perkbox rewards to claim my free Caffe Nero hot drink, after several failed attempts I contacted the Perkbox Team, and received and email explaining the situation of the website being down. This was promptly followed up by an extra email once the site was back up and running.

Poor Customer service
Poor Customer service - Unclear terms that you can not use the voucher on verified sellers at B&Q. I now have a £200 voucher i dont need and they wont refund!!

Friendly and Helpful Staff
I had an issue with perk payment (user error) and member of staff was very helpful in clearing up my confusion (Monday morning brain fog for me)
