Amazing customer service from Jessica
I bought a voucher/gift card from Perkbox that got rejected, for unknown reason so far. Jessica has been extremely supportive and helpful. She showed a great amount of interest in resolving my issue and managed to arrange a refund for my rejected voucher.

What do you like best about Perkbox? Perkbox offers discounts for useful retailers such as supermarkets so can make a real difference to our employees. The Flexi-points feature is great, allowing employees to exchange them for free food, drinks, retail vouchers, and more. They're real perks that are tangible right away. The free birthday treat is also a nice touch. Behind the scenes, there's also lots of support for employers to publicise Perkbox and track usage.

What do you like best about Perkbox? It's so easy and user-friendly; I love looking through the changing perks for myself. As an admin, I love to upload templates for uploading users, this saves me a huge amount of time when uploading monthly.
