Perkbox has monthly free offers, and the buildup of points over time can come in handy for perks every few months.

Money Saving
I've used Perkbox many times with my regular shopping and DIY needs and have saved a good amount at my favourite stores. Using the mobile phone app makes Perkbox very user friendly but I find it takes a long time to open. Sadly, the discounts have recently been reduced on many of the retailers making this a less relevant means of saving money on smaller spends.

Perkbox is flexible and varied
Perkbox provides a wide choice of perks, and a variety of ways in which you can benefit of these. I very much enjoy the wellness hub, especially the exercises and the selection of music. I used a few vouchers already for tech and groceries. I also appreciate the option to choose between flexi points, rewards or vouchers, depending on my needs. The only reason why I don't rate it 5 is that the app can be a bit more user-friendly. However, it's very easy on browser, which I prefer.

Not a good first experience.
Not a good first experience. I purchased a perk for Sainsbury’s which states you can use online. Well, you can’t. And the online support ( you can’t ring anyone) is non existent. Both Andy and Aaron abandoned me on the chat. Nice! I can only agree with the other reviews that say use the codes for discounts on stuff but I won’t be purchasing any pay cards to use later. No support available after purchase Update: I did eventually get a response! Only to be told I should have looked at the ...

Complete Scam.
Misleading sale of vouchers that are not refundable and completely unusable, no ability to speak to support, they are dismissive and unwilling to provide any help. Everything is 'final' and there is no changes. Avoid purchasing anything from Perkbox with your own money and stick to the free coffee once a month if you're lucky. Bait and switch style business practises, predatory and completely unforgiving when they misadvertise, only seem interested in taking your money from you and ...
