AVOID!!! Lost over £300
AVOID! Purchased a voucher from this company which I was unable to use with the merchant. When I tried to get my money back, they said it was up to the merchant. I approached the merchant who have confirmed it was Perkbox who are responsible for issuing a refund. Perkbox are now no longer replying to me. I am a single mother and registered disabled and out of pocket for over £300 so close to Christmas down to their greed. Terrible customer service and morally corrupt - avoid at all ...

Paypal is no longer accepted, free perks were gone
Perkbox has suddenly dropped the payment method by paypal in November, the decision came into place so quick that they didn't ever revoke the icon of paypal on payment screen. The Flexi point system they have introduced is well flexible, however, instead, they have revoked the free coffee weekly and free cinema ticket monthly, that's ridiculous.

Good addition to work benefits package
I get Perkbox though my work and have found it very good so far and one of the better work schemes I have used. There is a good selection of discounts and vouchers have always been received promptly. The platform seems to be quite customisable as my company are able to add stuff to it every once in a while.
