Awful service
Lock you into hidden 12 month contracts. Pay for airport lounges with dragon pass then not allowed in until 5 minutes before your flight. You have to top up several different cards with cash to get discounts at supermarkets. Mobile phone insurance wasn't available after signing up. Most benefits only available in the south

Rip off hidden yearly contracts
Perkbox get you to tick a I agree to your T&C's box when you sign up. When you try to leave they tell you that you have agreed to an annual contract that auto renews for another year each year. This was hidden in a long legal agreement that I could have clicked through to - but of course I didn't. Who reads T&C's on the web. Yearly contracts were never mentioned on their website or in marketing or sales emails. I regret signing up - hence coming here to try to warn others.

Useless phone insurance
I receive phone insurance as part of a Perkbox package. After I broke my phone early in 2016 Perkbox's insurer, Huddlebuy, and their agents Citymain Administrators supplied me with a replacement iphone which, after a few months, started to crash and race through battery. As the phone they had supplied was refurbished (this is how they keep costs down) the warranty was with them rather than Apple. I paid the postage myself, they kepi it two days and sent it back saying there was no fault. I ...

Nice idea but...
They seem to have come to market without the proper systems in place. Also there are barely any offers of any substance. Felt rather like a rip off.
