Perkbox is great for employees in the care industry!
Our company of 600+ employees has really benefited from Perkbox. The more frequent users have found that they are saving money whilst being encouraged to try out new things that they wouldn't particularly try if they did not have the discount. Across the board our managers can see a real difference in the staff morale since we went live with the platform. I'd give zero stars if I could.
I'd give zero stars if I could. I'm sure Perkbox works fine for companies based in mainland UK but for Northern Ireland, it is totally useless!!! The codes for various 'national' chains such as Cafe Nero don't work here. The Taste Card is virtually pointless, there are the big chains on it, but sure you can get free discount codes on numerous websites for those anyway. Prior to signing up, we were repeatedly reassured that the 'Perks' available in Northern Ireland are on a par with the rest ...

Perkbox forcing me to pay hefty quarterly fees for a service no one is using
I have a 3rd 'account manager' assigned to us within the first 6 months of our 12 month contract (none of which has visited my business or know any of our staff). Perkbox charge per employee, so we signed up for 38 users. However, only 7 took out the basic phone insurance and there's no monitoring of the effectiveness or engagement. Do Not Recommend - Poor Service. Ignore Emails.
Perkbox have very poor customer service. I wanted to cancel my account with them and emailed them accordingly. I received no response for several weeks. After another follow up I was told to email cancellations. I emailed cancellations who as of 3 weeks later have not replied. They then took payment despite us not wanting to cancel the service. They are very keen to sign you up with endless phone calls and emails. However, when you want to cancel you may find you are just ignored. Be ...

Really love this - my team are loving the rewards
