My favorite perks are Love2shop and Tesco. Perkbox is great with perks that have been around for a while and are now running smoothly. But problematic with new perks. The customer service could also be improved, no one answers their telephone service when you have a problem and you can be left waiting for days to get for email reponses.

Love the free coffee once a month and the free cards (that come out occasionally). Thorntons deal not so great as it doesn't advise it has to be a large store (Not many of those around this area)

Perkbox is OK but I feel that many of the options are geared towards those living and working in London, and I don't. The Thorntons offers have been good and the free coffee is welcome though.

3 Stars because of the mobile app
I would have given 5 stars for the offers and perks. But the mobile app is just a pain to use, it doesn't load for ages and sometimes go blank forever. However the user experience in web is very nice. I think having a stable mobile app is more important and handy to access any purchased voucher codes when u are in a hurry, rather than opening and searching them in emails. JFYI - I'm using iphone 6 / ios version 10.3.1

Good, but could be brilliant.
Some of the perks on Perkbox are great, free coffee every month at Café Nero, cinema tickets for £6 and free mobile phone insurance, and I use them. However I feel the discounts offered in retail stores where you have to top up a card are not worth it. For example, to save 5% at Sainsburys you have to load a card with a minimum of £95 to get a £100 card. In these difficult financial times £95 is a lot to spend to save a fiver, perhaps I'm being ungrateful, but a discount card that gave you ...
