I have been generally very impressed …
I have been generally very impressed with Perkbox. I think it is a great concept that is definitely popular with our employees. It is well laid out online, both easy on the eye and easy to use. The only disappointing thing is that Perkbox are sometimes slow to respond to queries.

The website is very user friendly and redemption is hassle free. Gives me something to look forward to during the mundane working days :) Would be even better if there are more discounts for restaurants.

The site is really good
The site is really good. If I could change one thing then it would be to have some sort of notification of types of offers you are interested in.

It's good
Would be great if you could select your preferences e.g. I like all coffees and supermarket deals, and then get emailed specifically about those offers. Also maybe flash sales with discounts more than 10-15%. I understand that companies don't want to do that ongoing but maybe as a special quick deal!

Discount Codes
Perks need to be easy to use codes rather than pre loaded cards to gain discount. Had numerous problems with the cinema codes. Overall not a great experience.
